The 3CX comes standard with daily fluid auto-checks and JCB LiveLink telematics, allowing users to monitor machine performance and maintenance needs. Other options include a climate-controlled cab, hammer pipework, an extending dipper and loader pipework. JCB engineers have completed the development of this technology with pilot controls now offered as optional equipment. The addition of pilot controls to the 3CX allows operators to easily adapt from operating an excavator to a backhoe without having to change the way they are used to working. Pilot controls are commonly found in hydraulic excavators.
#Jcb 3cx control pattern manual
Customers have recently asked that JCB develop pilot controls for the 3CX, which traditionally has been offered only with manual controls. This highly efficient power plant has no requirement for a costly Diesel Particulate Filter DPF or any form of exhaust aftertreatment, such as DEF, reducing operating costs and allowing for quicker turnaround time between rentals. The excavator bucket has a 13,pound breakout force.

The closed centre design ensuresconsistent service operation regardless of load.įor a full description of spool and pressure compensator valve operation see Load Sense - Pressure Compensator Valve Operation. The 3CX boasts 13,pound loader breakout force and 6,lbf loader lift capacity to its full height.
Load hold check valves G prevent the load falling back if the load pressure is greater than the pump pressure.
This causes the flushing valve spool B to close and allow pump flow to the spools and service ports at sufficient pressure to move the load. When a Service is Selected When one or more services are selected the pressure compensator valves F detect the service generating the highest pressure. When the servo pressure on the end of the service spool is reduced the force of the centering spring overcomes the servo pressure and the service spool will move back proportionaly to the central neutral position. Servo Spool Actuation When a service is operated servo pressure from the joystick control valve acts on the end of the relevant service spool D- and displaces the spool proportionally against the force of the centering spring E, allowing the oil to flow to move the required service. Oil flows across the flushing valve spool assembly B and returns to tank from the outlet port C. All rights reserved. These features enable the valve to operate as follows: No service selected all spools in neutral Oil from the loader valve high pressure carry over enters the excavator valve at the inlet port A. Re: digger and backhoe controls Both my MF50hx and my MFs have sae thank goodnes as I can't get on with anything else, could drive the old 50B with four levers ok though. Maybe it's the Japanese pattern rather than JCB. I had a shot of a old jcb 3c once and couldn't make nothing of it as the controls are in the corners like a x sign. Re: digger and backhoe controls The diggers small or big are all the same just like a front loader joy stick forward back left and right but on the wheeled diggers it's the same apart from lifting the dipper up and down and the dipper in and out are on opposite hands compared to the takes a few hours to get used to it for the first time but you can soon jump from the wheeled digger to and not even think about the controls being the opposite.Ĭrowding and dumping bucket and slewing is the same on both machines. Nearly all old manual JCBs from the 60s on use the diagonal pattern unless changed by the operator. Re: digger and backhoe controls Always seems to be confusion as which pattern is called what.
